Positive: Lovely location nice and peaceful. Spacious accommodation, large dining table, two large sofas. Large tv with built in DVD player. Plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. Nice bathrooms, good showers. Nicely placed for various attractions. View of Carreg Cennen castle-good tea rooms,1.5 miles away. Nice and peaceful. Good WiFi. Well maintained grounds.

Negative: Long mirrors facing the toilets upstairs made for uncomfortable viewing experience; why have these when there is already a good sized mirror above the basin? Lack of tumble dryer. No whisk, kitchen scales, smaller casseroles or pie dishes or microwave bowls in the kitchen. Lack of correct instruction booklets on how to operate washing machine, oven, microwave etc.

Positive: well converted barn. Excellently equipped kitchen Large terrace with beautiful views catching afternoon sun Secluded except for one other converted barn which faced away from ours Easy parking close to our front door

Negative: absence of instructions as to how to use TV in sitting room - but simple TVs in each bedroom. Absence of a tea tray which would have been useful for carrying meals out to the terrace. Some people might be concerned at the narrow, hilly lanes on the approach to the barn - but we enjoyed them!

Summary: Nicely arranged and comfortable barn conversion in beautiful, fairly remote surroundings.

Positive: The location is absolutely amazing with an astonishing view of the castle and excellent local walks. It was lovely to have a log burner.

Negative: No cafetiere! For a bath you had to run it very slowly for the water to be hot enough.

Summary: We had a lovely, relaxing time here in spite of it being very rainy.

Negative: Although there was a washing machine there was no line or pegs. Comfortable garden furniture would have been nice as would a BBQ as shown in online picture. Kitchen could have done with a few more implements such as measuring jug and salad/vegetable bowl.
